Introducing Lulu Bear, the resilient and adorable 4.5-month-old (as of 6/30/23) hound mix puppy who has overcome incredible odds to find her way to a brighter future. Lulu's early days were marked by unimaginable conditions, that led to a dreadful illness. She was initial taken in but another rescue, we took over her care after her parvo diagnosis. Thanks to the loving care provided by The London Sanctuary, she has emerged as a fighter.

Lulu is your typical puppy, full of love and energy. She adores showering her humans with kisses and delights in playing with toys. Her intelligence shines through, as she craves mental stimulation to keep her busy and out of mischief. With the right activities and engagement, Lulu will thrive and become an exceptional companion.

In terms of behavior, Lulu exhibits no aggression. As a young puppy, she is still learning the ropes and developing her house-training skills. While she is doing great overall, occasional accidents may occur. Patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement will help her continue progressing in this area.

While Lulu is a puppy with all the enthusiasm that entails, she is well-mannered for her age. As she grows and matures, she will benefit from continued guidance and training to shape her into an obedient and well-behaved adult dog.

Lulu is at a good weight and shows all signs of being a healthy and resilient young pup. Walking alongside her human companions brings her immense joy, as she eagerly joins in on any activity that involves people.

Lulu has been successfully crate trained, providing her with a safe and comfortable space of her own. Basic commands are a work in progress, with a focus on teaching her sit and down. With her intelligence and eagerness to please, Lulu is primed to be an eager learner.

In terms of socialization, Lulu has shown positive interactions with dogs and kids. While she hasn't been exposed to cats during her foster care, her adaptability and friendly nature make it likely that she could adjust well to feline friends given proper introductions.

One unique aspect of Lulu's personality is her fondness for babies. She has shown great affection and gentleness towards her foster family's 5-month-old human baby, enjoying kisses and gentle toe nibbles. This endearing quality makes her an excellent candidate for families with young children.

Lulu currently weighs approximately 20 pounds, with an estimated full-grown weight of 50 to 55 pounds. Her adoption fee of $350 covers all necessary vetting, including spaying, microchipping, vaccinations, as well as the exceptional care and treatment she received while battling illness.

If you're ready to welcome Lulu Bear into your heart and home, don't hesitate to contact us for a meet and sniff session.
