COURTESY POST: URGENT NEED FOR FOSTER OR ADOPTION Huckleberry Hound is a young adult male Black & Tan Coonhound (probably 12-18mos old) and weighs in at about 65-70 lbs. Dumped in a VERY rural area of south Georgia near the Okefenokee Swamp- Sycamore, Georgia (Near Tifton)- homeowner cannot keep, too many dogs already. He is very friendly with kids and other dogs and would make an awesome family pet!! Transport can be arranged so do not let distance stop you. While not complete yet; he will be neutered and vetted prior to placement.
